BEFORE YOU BUY AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ART FROM ME READ THIS!

First off, Thank You. I have been in this business for over 30 years and I never will get used to people buying my work. So much in this modern crazy world we live in is mass produced but these paintings are one of a kind. he original NFT. My prices reflect over 30 years of being a professional painter and have risen accordingly. I know it is a luxury good in the extreme and cannot express how bowled away I am each and every time I sell a piece. Thank You.

My frames are exhibition frames and a gift to have a piece immediately ready to hang. The art is what you are buying. You can easily change the frame but they are all ready to hang. Side note: I do sometimes get paint on the frames. I try not to do it but it happens. So you can rest assured it is not mass produced but one of a kind!! I don’t charge extra for the paint on the frames. : )

I accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo and Paypal for online purchases.

Buying art unseen is a risk but it does not need to feel like you are stuck if you don’t like it in person.. LET ME KNOW! Don’t just keep it if you are unhappy with it because you are worried you might hurt my feelings. I have been doing this for over 30 years and you are not going to make me cry, I promise. That being said, I think my art is much better in person than online, because of the vivid colors and the paint handling. However, I am not holding anyone hostage to make them look at my art! You can return work but will just have to absorb the cost of packing it back up and shipping it back to me, insuring it for the price you paid for the work. My goal is for anyone with my painting to be happy with it. Email me if it is an issue and I can walk you through it. Please return work dated within 15 days of your receiving it so I can find a new home for it. Email me if there are any issues.

The way my sales work: Once I get an order, it is packed and I will send you a tracking number. I will ship it as soon as possible! I love a fast shipment. Some paintings require drying time but that is listed on the description of the work. If it doesn't say, then it is ready to go. I am happy to deliver larger paintings locally and can arrange for pickup or delivery of small works depending on when it is needed.

If your painting arrives with anything wrong with the box, punctured or torn, or in any away way damaged, it is best NOT to open the box yourself but have the UPS delivery person (or a UPS store) open it to help expedite a claim. It has never happened but FYI.

For my Annual Fall Sale starting 9/19/23 there will be no change for shipping! FREE SHIPPING!

Shipping has been Free for my whole online career and to my disappointment aside from special sales, I am having to add shipping costs on my paintings as of May 2023.Shipping costs for small business has almost doubled since the pandemic. I am not sure why. Another change is many carriers won’t ship artwork or insure it unless they also pack it. In other words, unless they have total control, they will not insure the art so I am forced to pay to have the painting packed by the shipper to have any chance of a claim if there is an issue. Too Much Info I am sure, but I have always loved providing shipping and right now I just have to do this until I find another solution. I think I package my art better than someone at the UPS store but they do not agree. I am still looking for a better solution but right now I have to add shipping costs. If your painting arrives with anything wrong with the box, punctured or torn, or in any away way damaged, it is best NOT to open the box yourself but have the UPS delivery person (or a UPS store) open it to help expedite a claim.

I don’t have a cart option so if you buy more than one piece you have to do your transaction twice. But then sometimes I see more than one in a cart so I am not real sure about this. How is that for a sentence. XOXO

Thanks for buying my art. There is no way to know the feeling that gives me. It is the best gift when someone takes one of my paintings into their home. Thank You.
