This is an original oil painting.

This painting is one that I started and it veered from a regular park to one that is situated by the sea. Not an actual park necessarily, but the piece of land before the walking area and beyond to the beach road. If you have ever been to the Caribbean they almost always have this kind of feel. But it is not somewhere specific. I know all the subjects so well I can just go in almost a relaxing state while I do these. The dogs are a great element for design and in painting we call that the composition. But the composition of her being pulled by the dogs is one I use over and over to create the classic triangle in the piece and honestly, it is one of the strongest compositions. This painting is one I love for her jaunty walk and the animals, the sun and the sea and I need to get to the beach!
