Laura Loe received her BFA at Louisiana Tech University. She has continued her education through various studies including the Vermont Studio Center, Mount St Francis Art Colony, and the Il Bisonte Printmaking studio in Florence, Italy, as well as running Nimrod Hall Summer Arts for 23 years and teaching art at the VIrginia Museum of Fine Arts for a decade. Loe’s art has been featured in many national publications such as Art Collector Magazine, Studio Magazine, Home Décor, and Traditional Home and is featured in numerous personal and corporate collections. She worked as an instructor for the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts from 1998-2008, is as of this year is retired from being Artist Director/Owner of Nimrod Hall Summer Arts Program for adults after 27 years.
