Maple Shadow Frame

The beach is a place most people love. It is bright an d colorful and if you are there you are probably out of your day to day and in the vacation state of mind that is more exciting. I have done beach paintings my whole life because it is a go-to when it is dreary outside to paint them to send myself there for however long. They have the gift of allowing my harder edged lighting that I prefer to work in most any scene. A brighter day where I can barely see, is my favorite day. All the gray days in between I deal with just to get the flowers watered and then take me back to sunshine with a few puffy clouds.
