This is an original oil painting.

This is probably themes literal of any of the abstracted flower paintings I have posted recently. It is flowers swaying in the breeze and to me a colorist dream. I paint on a very bright background of pink or orange tint and it lends itself to nature scenes so well because of the obvious complimentary colors. I have noticed in my work that I tend to look at these kinds of paintings as if I am standing right in front of the subject. I am not sure why I do that. But when I go and look at a large group of works like I do when I am adding things online, I start to see this pattern.
