Maple Shadow Frame

I love a nice tradtional still life every now and then. This is one I worked on this summer throwing in the exaggerated colors but at the beginning of the summer. As the summer went on, my flowers got less and less realistic and more abstracted, but this one is a more organized abstract. I think most of my work falls into that category honestly. This group is vibrant and the colors are a nice change from the vast green at Nimrod in the summertime.
