True Shadow Frame

This is not a laundress painting but then again I feel like it is. All of my laundry lady paintings are from memory and take place in an ideal setting of my own choice, It is not an accident that she is often in the sunlight surrounded by fresh smelling sheets snapping in the breeze, I create that. She is not in this painting but I feel like she just stepped out for a minute. My love of painting white comes through in this piece and I feel like I can feel the sheets billowing.
