My house is a site of an old farm smack in the middle of what has now become a part of the main area of Richmond. We have so many outbuildings that once served a purpose but currently store some yard work equipment and provide me with painting subjects. This is a chicken coop that no longer houses chickens but is a real nice little building to paint. I do it often because it is simply a sweet little place. This is the side that I see from my studio. I added some bright light on the grass the other day to a few of these and this is one them!
