These paintings I did on location in Italy in 2012. I took my gouache paintings with me and then I used these images to work from when I got home. I figured I would keep them forever. Then I realized. I can’t keep everything forever. They are from a 2 week jaunt through Italy with Will and I and the three kids. I cannot imagine where I made time to paint. They are gouache but some are varnished. I was worried about them getting home. None are framed and I kept a few and got cool acrylic easels to display them with. I hate parting with things like this but good grief. I have been a professional artists for 30 years. I have to send them into he world!!!
