Part of a series of still life paintings using objects from Nimrod Hall, Summer 2015. Cake plates are something I love to buy at antique places and I love putting things on them that are not cakes! The blue tinted bottle has been a subject of many paintings of mine. I love the color you get from a translucent blue bottle.
