This Fall there was an event in Richmond for a Plein Air paint out hosted by a neighborhood in Richmond. Basically that means that for 5 days everywhere you looked their were artists painting outdoors (what Plein Air means). I had an absolute blast. This painting is one I painted under a tree looking at a fire station and some pretty amazing Crepe Myrtle Trees.
