Maple Shadow frame

This painting is hanging the same way in every shot I have on here but can hang any way you like it. All my abstracts are painted in all directions and can hang in all directions. Many of the ones you see on the site are paintings where striped and bands of colors are pulled on top of other solid colors in an almost carnival feel. I had a lot of influence from nautical floats, summer striped towels and all the things scattered around in the summer that scream joy and happiness. Another one of those times when just my surroundings leap into my artwork whether I intend for that to happen or not. I love this piece on a neutral colored wall. It pops like crazy.
